EASY FUNCTION (“we”, “us”) sells BBQ tools and kitchen magnet guides on Amazon in the United States and Canada. This website (ezfunction.com) exists to register product warranties and provide customer support. This policy explains what information we collect here and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Warranty registration: your first name, email address, and which product you are registering (we know the product from the QR code you scanned).
• Technical basics: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type). We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To register your warranty and help you if something goes wrong with your product.
• If you ticked the consent box, to send you occasional emails: your warranty confirmation, our free BBQ guide, product tips, and offers from EASY FUNCTION. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your warranty.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

Who we share it with

• Klaviyo — the email platform that stores our contact list and sends our emails.
• Our website hosting provider — which technically stores this site.
• Public authorities, only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration for as long as your warranty relationship with us lasts, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Access, correct, or delete your data: email us and we will handle it. This includes rights under Canada’s PIPEDA and, for California residents, the CCPA (note: we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of selling).

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
